In that season, Ms. Winans learned the principle of success that she now shares with visionaries and leaders all across America. She also serves as President for the Shopping Bag Consignment store and on the Board of Directors at the Bethlehem Centers of Nashville, TN. Debra’s undying faith and belief that all things work out for your good, has led her to provide support and direction to many highly respected individuals and organizations. But it is her passion for motivating people to operate in a Spirit of Excellence that has moved her into international circles; providing her the opportunity to serve as Regional Director for the CEO Network in Nassau, Bahamas. CEO’s and celebrities alike have called on Debra’s skills and insight to coach and train their staff in service and hospitality.

Debra’s gift for training and equipping individuals for the joy of serving their authorities is also being utilized to train armor bearers and leaders for Celebration of Life Church in Hendersonville, Tennessee where she faithfully serves under Pastors Joseph and Yolanda Morgan.
